The partnership between Camfil Farr and IDS allows clients a unique offering. By combining the energy saving products from Camfil Farr filters a with ABB Inverters from IDS the client will see a reduction of between 20 and 30% of the energy costs used by Air Handling Units.

Recently, IDS were invited to an internal presentation day at Camfil Farr. The Camfil sales force were split into teams and throughout the day were given presentations and update information on partner products.   Lorraine Famiglietti from IDS and Adrian Bennett from ABB spent the day presenting the benefits of using IDS and ABB inverters to reduce energy consumption on industrial motors.

The IDS presentation included the balloon demonstration machine which showcases not only, how using an inverter can reduce the energy consumption of a motor, but also: noise reduction, flux optimisation, and reduced motor wear and tear. Providing lower maintenance and repair costs for Camfil Farr clients.
